This album is so underrated its just as good as Load. I absolutely love Fuel, The Memory Remains, Devil's Dance, The Unforgiven II, Where The Wild Things Are, Low Mans Lyric, Fixxxer.
For me, best songs are Slither, carpe diem, where the wild things are and low man's lyrics.

"Where the Wild Things Are" is a song almost no one outside of Metallica fans know but it is one I can go back to over and over again. Those layered guitars, the main riff, is among the best the album has to offer.
i think the reason they havent played fixxxer much live is because it's really fucking hard to sing. you dont really notice it but he sings in a very high registery which is really hard for him to replicate live – especially now that he is older.
Some of these A's could be S's, and some of the B's could be A's, but not today…

I'm really glad to see others who appreciate these albums as much as I do. They’re my all-time favorites and a big part of why Metallica is my favorite band. The standout tracks like Bleeding Me, The Outlaw Torn, Mama Said (especially the lyrics), King Nothing, Fixxxer, Low Man’s Lyric, and The Unforgiven II aren’t just well-written — their compositions are complex yet beautifully crafted.
Even the tracks often labeled as “album fillers,” like Better Than You, Bad Seed, Cure, and Wasting My Hate, resonate with me more than others considered fillers on older albums, such as Metal Militia or Escape. These songs have a straightforward guitar-driven energy without unnecessary complexity, which I find refreshing and impactful.
Never ever forget that Metallica won a grammy for Better Than You lol. What an absolute joke.

This album gets too much hate….low mans lyric is their worst song ever but the rest of the album i enjoy. Fuel and memory are bit overrated. Prince charming..better than you…fixxxer they get way too much hate and are some of my favs
Yeah solid ranking my guy, glad you put where the wild things are in A tier 😅 that song slaps and is pretty unique. Only changes I’d make is promote Attitude to C Tier and knock both Fuel and Memory Remains down to A Tier but that’s about it. Fuel in particular is great Live but lacks slightly on the record so I can’t quite put it in S Tier.
Most of reload is weak and feels like leftovers to load, but load had a few weak songs too. Devils dance is the only s tier and was played live before load came out with 2×4.
Man i love Reload. I know it gets alot of hate but i enjoy it. It had to grow on me because at first i didnt like but a couple of songs. Its not my favorite but its in my top 5. Devils Dance, Fuel, Where The Wild Things Are, Memory Remains, Unforgiven 2, Fixxxer, Low Mans Lyric, Bad Seed, Prince Charming, Slither
First of all Reload is really underrated. For me it's a stronger album than Load.
