      Waiting for that one guy to translate everything like what he did on the first season of this small series.

      English Translation:
      Celia-sensei's exciting magical class begins~.
      To be frank, a lot of characters appear in this anime, so make sure to review well.
      A lot of cute girls appear here, so it'd be a shame to miss them!
      Episode 2 begins when Rio enters Bertram Royal Academy.
      Rio, who was born in the slums, was shunned by those around him. In the midst of all this, the one who supported him was this genius beautiful mage Celia-sensei.
      Even so, at the moment Roana-san is a bit of a tsundere right now, but she stood up for Rio… There's no way she's gonna join Rio's harem one day, right?!
      Aah..
      In the main story, I'm a proper teacher, so don't worry about that.
      Time for Celia-sensei's spoiler commentary!
      Right away in the second part of the episode, Rio completely defeated that nasty aristocrat in a sparring match, as Rio learned martial arts in his previous life from Amakawa Haruto.
      On top of being able to use special spirit arts, he has twice as much martial arts experience as a normal person [because he lived 2 lives].
      It's a little unfair, but it's refreshing so it's OK~
