I fell in love in with EZ around here in the manga and the fact that I knew this was coming as a manga reader and the scene with Weisz still giving me goosebumps just tells u how GREAT the Voice Acting is
Also the fact that Hiro Mashima could've easily given Shiki a powerup with "the power of friendship" in that scene but didnt makes it so much more powerful
I honestly didn't really felt attached to the story for the first arcs not that I think it's bad though I started liking Edens zero in the homura arc especially how they ended it off But right here is where I fell in love with it
This is still, to this day, the more traumating thing from this series in my eyes. When it happened in the manga, it was…even worse because they usually pack a couple of chapters in one episode. That sets up Drakhen Joe at being a terrifying villain because he shoot the main character in the head. For me, this was as unexpected as the end of season 1 of Game of Thrones because you expect the heroes to get out of that kind situation. Hiro Mashima just said "nope" and move on.
You know happy is a robot now ? Maybe that's what's gonna happen to Shiki. Do you think he'll just get resurected ? Or that he's not really dead ? :3

one of the best episodes in Hiro Mshima History, HE IS STILL COOKING
