I wonder the Shining Stars have the Battle Dress and the fact you reminded me Shiki changed his Over Drive make me wonder if Battle Dress was created from the idea Over Drive since Shiki has a flashback of memories where Hermit and Killer were talking about Over Drive so Hermit likely the one who created the Battle Dresses…however will Hermit being doing something new later on with Over Drives of the crew?
