コミックスがシリーズ累計7,200万部、実写映画はシリーズ累計興行収入193億円と全世界・全世代からの支持を受ける伝説の名作『るろうに剣心 －明治剣客浪漫譚－』が、2023年に新作TVアニメシリーズとして蘇る。
和月伸宏による原作は1994年「週刊少年ジャンプ」にて連載開始、1996年には初のTVアニメ化。以降もOVAや劇場映画など数々の展開を経て、現在は『るろうに剣心 －明治剣客浪漫譚・北海道編－』が「ジャンプSQ.」にて連載中。
満を持しての今作は、最新のアニメーション技術で原作を第１話から再構築し、現在のアニメファンにもアピールしうる、アニメ『るろうに剣心』を目指す。
制作にあたっては監督・山本秀世（『ストライク・ザ・ブラッド』）、シリーズ構成・倉田英之（『メイドインアビス』）ら実力派スタッフが集結。緋村剣心役に斉藤壮馬などキャスト陣も一新して臨む。さらに原作者・和月伸宏が自ら、キャラクターデザインやシナリオなど全編に渡って完全監修する。
連載開始から約30年を経ての新作TVアニメ『るろうに剣心』。色褪せることのない、王道にして普遍的な物語、登場人物たちの苛烈な信念を、今再び鮮烈に映し出す――

The legendary masterpiece "Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story" which has sold a cumulative total of 72 million comic books and earned a cumulative box office revenue of 19.3 billion yen from the live-action movies and received support from fans of all ages worldwide, will be revived in 2023 as a new TV anime series. The anime will be broadcast on Fuji TV's "Noitamina" and other channels.
The original work by Nobuhiro Watsuki began serialization in "Weekly Shonen Jump" in 1994 and was first adapted into a TV anime in 1996. Since then, it has had numerous adaptations, including OVAs and theatrical movies. Currently, "Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story – Hokkaido Arc" is being serialized in "Jump Square."
This new anime will reconstruct the original work from the first episode using the latest animation technology, and aims to appeal to current anime fans. The production features a talented staff, including director Hideshi Yamamoto ("Strike the Blood") and series composer Hidenori Kurata ("Made in Abyss"). The cast has also been completely renewed, with Soma Saito playing the role of Kenshin Himura. Furthermore, the original author, Nobuhiro Watsuki, will personally supervise the entire series, including character design and scenario.
After about 30 years since its serialization began, the new TV anime "Rurouni Kenshin" will once again vividly portray the timeless story of the characters' unwavering beliefs and their brutal conviction.

Por ahora me parece qué va muy bien y como dicen otras personas que esta versión tenga buenas musicas para mantener el atractivo que tuvo la serie seria genial.
Wait… are they remaking Rurouni Kenshin? It look better but it doesn't sound better… I wish they brought back the original cast. No disrespect but whoever this new seiyuu is, is not as fitting as Mayo Suzukaze.
Glad to see Kenshin again, but this art style can't hold a candle to the original hand-drawn animation.
剣心と左之助の声は昔の声で定着しすぎて慣れるまで違和感ありそうやけど、変なオリジナル話とかオリキャラ入れずに原作をアニメ化してくれるなら文句は無い

本編見るまでなんも言えないけど、今のところ恵さんの女狐感と剣心の爽やかイケメンボイスしっくりこない…😭原作監修らしいからこれが正解なのかもしれないけど、やっぱり俺の中の剣心は、ただ前向きに前に進むんじゃなくて、まだ吹っ切れられずにいる過去を背負いつつどこか一線を引いて足掻いて戦っていて欲しい……いやだ、斉藤壮馬好きだけど、これじゃなろう主人公やん。ただ強いだけじゃないのよ…綺麗事好きとかいいつつ誰よりも世の中綺麗事で済まない事知ってるんよ…これは慣れるまで時間かかるぞ……

2クール使って1~6巻まで。最終回ED後7巻の最初ちょっとだけ。斎藤一が登場したらおしまい。人気が出たら京都編もアニメ化。 と見た！

最初の音源配役で聞き慣れたせいで操の声が薫の声に感じてしまっていたから声優一新でも特に違和感なく見れそう、剣心は自分の中では緒方恵美さんの印象がなかなか消えないけど。
