Daniel's prophecy was the only prophecy that had a time marker that was pointing to Christ, The Anointed One aka The Messiah.
The Great Tribulation, The man of lawlessness, the abomination of DESOLATION, destruction of the temple, the resurrection, the judgement, and "The Time of The End"

Also, the BEGINNING Of the New and EVERLASTING Kingdom..

ALL of them were talking about the temple that was still standing at that time.

Per "Daniel's prophecy" the temple that was to be rebuilt was as the SECOND TEMPLE. (NOT a third)
The time of the arrival of the Messiah was the year that Jesus came.
Jesus Himself quoted Daniel to His disciples (Olivet Discourse) at that time, and told "THEM" that when "THEY" saw the abomination of DESOLATION spoken of by Daniel the prophet standing in the Holy Place (2nd temple) then "they" were to flee to the mountains from the great tribulation that was coming upon THAT generation.
Jesus said those would be the days of Vengeance, so that ALL things written would be FULFILLED.
Jesus said to His disciples (standing in front of Him) Verily Verily (TRUTHFULLY) I tell "YOU" that "THIS GENERATION" (meaning the generation He was speaking to) would BY NO MEANS PASS AWAY UNTIL ALL be FULFILLED.
Did JESUS lie? Do you think He needs this future Plan B to accomplish what HE already came to accomplish?
Jesus said that there were some standing there (at that time) that would NOT taste of death until THEY saw Him coming on THE 👉 CLOUDS 👈 with POWER and GREAT GLORY in VENGEANCE.
Jesus never said He would come back to rule on earth after another physical temple was built. He said He was going to gather His elect from where?
He would return on the CLOUDS with Power and Great Glory in VENGEANCE. As lightning flashes from the east to the west..
Jesus CLEARLY said He would rule from His Father's Throne in Heaven. As it was from the beginning. God was their King, until they wanted an earthly King to rule over them, so God gave them Saul. However, through the lineage of David would come one that would rule for eternity on the right Hand of God IN HEAVEN. Jesus began ruling from Heaven after His ascension. Acts 2:33 33 Therefore BEING BY THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD EXALTED, and having having of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, He hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Jesus said that ALL the bloodshed on the earth from the beginning of time (from Abel) was going to be required upon THAT GENERATION. Not one stone was going to be left upon another that would not be thrown down (from the Temple that was still standing at THAT time)
Jesus told the women weeping for Him while He was going to be crucified, "Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for Me but for yourselves and for your children" then He quoted Isaiah concerning the judgement of God.
Apostle Paul also quoted Daniel when he wrote to the Thessalonians concerning the man of destruction (lawlessness) sitting in the Temple of God (the temple was STILL standing at that time)
Jesus and ALL the Apostles spoke the TRUTH. However, men have distorted HIS TRUTH. We have believed lies, but IT'S TIME to come to the knowledge of the Truth of the scriptures.
THAT generation did not pass away until ALL PROPHECIES were fulfilled, just as JESUS SAID.
Daniel's prophecy for the DESOLATION and the "Time of the End", was determined to be for a times time and a half of time.
Let's look into some history and see exactly what took place from 66ad-70ad, which is exactly 3 and a half years or a times time and half of time shall we? In Revelation, John referenced 42 months, which was EXACTLY the amount of time from 66ad-70ad.
Mind you, this was still in JESUS'S GENERATION. JESUS CHRIST DID NOT LIE and neither should we.

Several Jewish and Roman Historians who were alive and present during that time, wrote extensively about it ALL while exiled to Rome after the DESOLATION. None of them were Christians and had not read any new testament writings from the disciples nor Apostles. Flavious Josephus was a Jewish historian who was well acquainted with the scribes, Pharisees, Sadducees, High Priests, and all the prodigies of the temple.

During the Feast of Unleavened Bread a HEIFER gave birth to a LAMB during a sacrificial ceremony in the midst temple.

An earthquake, then a bright radiant light was seen shining around the altar of the temple for about a HALF HOUR.

On Pentecost the high Priests heard a great noise and a multitude of voices saying "LET US DEPART FROM HERE"

The EASTERN GATE of the TEMPLE opened on it's own accord, which usually took 20 men to shut.

THEY ALL WITNESSED CHARIOTS AND TROOPS OF SOLDIERS IN THEIR ARMOR 👉RUNNING AROUND AND ABOUT AMONGST THE CLOUDS 👈

Nation rose against Nation and Kingdom against Kingdom, Great tribulation, wars, famine, earthquakes in divers places,, pestilences, and great distress upon the land and people from 66ad-73ad. (7 years)
The temple sacrifices ceased in 70ad (halfway through the DESOLATION)
Those who were not killed were taken into captivity. Bodies and blood filled the streets and waters, troops crossed over Euphrates, a woman was found eating her own child, the temple and the sanctuary was burned down and was left DESOLATE, not one stone was left upon another that was not thrown down. It was a HORRIFIC time, JUST AS JESUS SAID IT WOULD BE.

Jesus came to back EXACTLY "when" HE said He would and how He said He would-
On the 👉 CLOUDS 👈 with Power and Great Glory in Vengeance in THAT GENERATION. That was the last trump OF GOD.
He rules and reigns Forever from David's Throne on the right Hand of God in Glory.
He is the fulfillment and the Eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek and the spotless lamb of God that shed HIS BLOOD for YOU and will never cease to remove sin from those who come to Him to receive remission of sins and eternal life.
He was the Promised Seed of Abraham that would BLESS ALL NATIONS AND FAMILIES of the earth. Genesis 22 FULFILLED in CHRIST- Galatians 3

There does NOT need to be another temple built for THIS prophecy to be fulfilled. JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF FULFILLED ALL PROPHECIES IN HIS GENERATION.

The 7,000 year theory falls apart if the Genesis 5 and 11 genealogies of the Septuagint are correct, and there's good reason to believe they are. For example, Cainan is in Luke's genealogy. That comes from the Septuagint's Genesis 11:12-13 passage. Cainan is not in the MT passage of Genesis 11. Was Luke inspired or not? The different genealogies in the LXX push creation back to 7,500 years ago, which according to the theory, would put us on the other side of the Millennium. The dates of the Samaritan Pentateuch push it back even farther. The disciples and Jesus mostly quoted the Septuagint, and Josephus seems to support it as well. It's a problem, at least for me, because I had been teaching the 7,000 year theory for years, and I first learned it almost 25 years ago. I can no longer comfortably teach it without acknowledging the problem. It's even worse because it seems the Seder Olam is where the dates in the MT are coming from, and those dates were changed to point away from Jesus as the Messiah. I know how disappointing it is when dates fail. I fell for the blood moon speculation years ago, and I was expecting a rapture at that time. I was very disappointed when it didn't happen, and it took a year to get over the grief it caused. As for Ken Johnson, I stopped listening to him years ago. He says he received a doctorate in theology from the Christian College of Texas, Texarkana, TX, in 1989, but there's no evidence of its existence. Was it a diploma mill? Not even Grok could find any evidence of such a school ever existing. I don't know, but it worries me. I do think the 2 day theory might still be valid though, since that does not depend on genealogies, and there are no variations in the texts concerning that. I do believe the last generation began with the rebirth of Israel, but a generation can be 120 years – Genesis 6:3.

Please explained 2nd Thess. 2:4 if this is talking about the Rapture then it looks like the antichrist will be revealed before the Rapture will happen.

Pre trib is a theory , much like mid and post . It's why it's called pre tribulation " theory ", not pre tribulation fact . Don't be lulled to sleep and put all your eggs in that basket . It's the hardest one to backpedal on if inaccurate

I don't know if anyone else has picked up on this: If the triumphal entry was 4/6/32, then the Passover crucifixion would be 4/13/32… Apophis makes that close fly-by 4/13/2029, which is the midpoint, yes?-
