  1. I've played through a Blackstar amplifier before way back in 2018 at the Burlington, Vermont GC, and I wasn't really impressed with it, but I've not yet tried out any of the newest models of the Blackstar amplifiers. There's a whole lot of features to offer any guitarist in the amplifier, that's for certain, brother Ninecore. Sending me best from Northern Vermont ✨️ 💚 mate, and until next time… Stay safe, Stay metal, and don't forget to Riff.?! Getcha Pull <3 🍻😎🤘🥂💯

  2. Ive tried it. The 6L6 setting is a really good clean tone, much better (less digital) than the Katana and loud enough to gig with – this has sold it to me. Sadly, the demonstrator's overdriven sound here maybe fine in his mind but doesn't demo the amp.

  3. No, they didn't – at least IMO.

It occupies the same space/targeted demographic but doesn't have the amount of effects or footswitch options, and frankly the Tube Logic seems more organic than the ID. With the CabRig I can understand the appeal of the ID but the Tone Studio software and the options it offers are still a combination which, objectively, gives you more versatility overall. That might not be a requirement for the end user so at that point your use case is subjective – and the price point is essentially identical.

Not for me, but it's not a bad pick……and it does seem to be more immediately accessible..which could be a huge selling point if you're more of a "plug and play" sort of chap.

  4. Hi bud wanted to ask a question please, so popping it here on your latest vid.
I’ve a Jackson Warrior, hardtail, I really like the thin neck on it. The standard Jackson pickups actually aren’t bad – for high gain / distortion. I wanted to ask please, if I were to replace them – what would be the best pick-up on the bridge (and maybe neck) for high gain – but great for pinch harmonics and high gain squeal? Thank you!

  5. I have the ID150 that I love, one of the things I like about the ID series is the simplicity of the controls without tiny screens and crazy menues. 😢
I do however would like to see a head version. That would be cool.
