Laughs Hey so you guys already know I think this is one of the worst follow-up Seasons to a beloved anime ever like it’s commonplace now you know to where we’re finally getting some season twos or maybe even some season threes of anime that we’ve been waiting for three years
Two years five years ten years you know 10 years in the form of uh the devil you know Devil’s a part-timer or bleach right like bleach is another level but you know you just like you think about that right it’s like we’ve been waiting all of this time and you know for
Masamune or like smartphone anime right we waited like five six years for a sequel right I think both of those animes are are good parodies of each other of like expectations of they both ended in 2017 and here we are in 2023 you know six years later and we’re finally watching
The follow-up season I think this is one of the worst follow-up seasons ever and a part of me is just hoping that it gets done at some point and you know with this episode right we finally have master and um you know uh you know she goes after him
With you know Aki’s permission essentially she runs up to him and she kisses him or whatever right and I think you know we have one episode left and in my heart of hearts I feel like you know if this show was to end right now on this exact scene
I think that that is better than what we’re probably gonna get next episode which is gonna be like more open-ended love triangle right because right now masamune definitely has been struggling with his feelings overall right he finally picked Aki you know you know to go after you know for whatever
Reason he picked her even though he still has lingering feelings outwardly for master and for fujinomia right so uh he picked Aki and he decided he’s gonna gift her he got rejected right so boy got rejected he you know she the in the most kind soft light-hearted way she said
No and uh she gave she she gifted him his gift back to him and um what did he do he ran away he went he went to his grandpa’s house and just said it’s been real and he just left uh and we don’t really know because we haven’t
Seen from his perspective outside of the rejection we don’t know on why he really left like is it just dealing with that rejection itself from Aki is it I need to go ReDiscover myself ReDiscover my purpose I just need a break from life there’s so many different things but
Regardless I think Master coming and um you know coming after him and her display and her real feelings I think that is a super positive and uh I know in my heart or hearts that uh this is not the end unfortunately and I know based on the really shh

And we’re gonna throw this at it and you know he’s gonna he’s gonna like occupants he’s gonna say no and then he’s gonna have Fuji number you know he’s like it really feels like it didn’t have a purpose or Direction and it really sucks when you
Have shows like this you know or that you have a piece of um media like this or or material or Source or writing or you know a book that uh feel like that because when it gets adapted you know you really need the studios to take Liberties and you know kind of jump
Around and plot points to really make something succinct uh but then the studios are also hoping for you know a green light and maybe getting you know more money to be able to do this and stuff too that’s why we have to wait six years so it’s like this whole
Rigmarole and it just produces a really poor poor bad product and I think again that first season was unique and funny and uh has something really special it’s it’s easily watchable and re-watchable like you can go back and re-watch it right now so like if you pretend this
Season doesn’t exist you can go back and rewatch it and have like a really really fun time and I think that’s what really makes it like really special is like you could re-watch it over and over again a couple of times and it has that re-watch ability season two doesn’t quite have
That and that’s the same thing that happened with smartphone anime earlier this year and or even like Devil’s a part-timer too or whatever it was like the second season like years later it just kind of sucked and that first season’s like that golden season so anyways those are my thoughts you know
Like this episode you know really nothing happened our boy ran away uh Aki finally talked to master in like a legit setting and was like hey here’s the XYZ you know what I mean like we need to talk to each other with people you’re in love with it she’s like even though
Aki’s still in love like she’s like you go after him uh and master does which is good for her and then she goes and kisses him which I think is really good for all of this too but I feel like there’s gonna be more situations where
They just don’t let us Let It Go and they keep that door open and they try and force feed something else which is gonna really really suck but I would love if Episode 12 just had Master at him like understand each other’s feelings and then like you know they they give they
Get together and then it just ends you know I mean I think that would be a much better thing even if let’s say season three comes along you know a you know six months a year three years five years from now and then they reopen the door I think that they
Really need to close it or at least like make it 98 close like that two percent chance that way you can go and watch episode one of first season through episode 24 of you know obviously the second season and you can like be like okay we got to a end
Um so anyways those are my thoughts let me know what you guys think you know I mean again disappointment written all over my face for this this show overall uh but I’m still here Trucking along and I you know even Master not being she’s not the one that I wouldn’t I would want
You know at this point like this story has been about Aki it’s been force fed into our face over and over and over and for him to end up with anybody else’s silly but like you know if it’s for him to end up with Aki anyways at some point

I don't think that's actually going to happen because the manga series was only 11 volumes and they covered pretty much all of it in these two seasons. But I'm glad that the maid girl finally kissed our MC, but I hope that in the finale he ends up choosing her instead of trying to go back to Alike which I think is what's going to happen I just hope that the finale next week does not ruin this episode but I'm pretty sure it's going to

Don't worry the last episode of this season is going to finish the manga too and that will the end of the story in anime and manga both , there no further story after that , and also it's not going to be an open or harem ending. ML going to make full and final decision at the end, thus the story will end.👍👍👍
Why do you not like s2?. Hot take but i prefer s2 over s1 i thought s1 was mid but this season has been actually good
I don’t want a season 3. End it with Masamune and Master. That was the perfect ending. Sadly I think the rug is about to be pulled from under people that have paid attention to the show. The entirety of season 2 you could feel the connection between the two. You could see the pain they felt as they searched for happiness but only found emptiness. You saw the admission from Masamune aside from the obvious visual cues,that he was always happiest with her. If they try to sell us that all that was bullshit and have him pick someone else, they can go screw themselves. It’d be shitty writing and it’d mean Masamune was a lying insincere piece of shit.
Dude you basically read my mind the just keep stretching and shifting the story when the whole time they been spoon feeding us the idea that Aki is the main female lead and even tho I’m personally all the way in for Yoshino Supremacy sadly we know that it would just be a lazy/dumb way to ended when the whole time we been told Aki, Aki, Aki, and the fact that they were dating just to break up and then later again to date again it just 💀. By the way impressive review you manage to convince every single one of my thoughts
I liked how the retrospective was done with Masamune being confronted by his past/kid self when he went back to his Grandpa's place. I think that was a nice touch and a somewhat funny way for him to try and get closure.
I've liked the journey Masamune has gone on in S2 so far and the development given to both the main characters and the side-cast. Anyways, lots of things can still happen in episode 12, so I'm looking forward to it (I think ep 12 is the series/S2 finale).
