      For those who aren't aware, the elixir that Naofumi gave to Atla has another side effect; the person drinking the elixir Naofumi made falls in love with him. It seems to work differently on older people, as the first time Naofumi gave his elixir to the sick granny in S1 (she's known as the Hengen Muso lady in the LN), she uses a somewhat endearing nickname for Naofumi, as if he's like her son or something. Atla is the second person to receive this elixir from Naofumi, and she ends up falling deeply in love with him, and it shows in the LN. She often sneaks out late at night after all the people in the village go to sleep to be with Naofumi, and he's quite surprised by this. She's noted as having a knack for the Hengen Muso technique by the old lady, so she manages to knock her brother out and sneak away. Here in the anime, she's shown to be somewhat tame compared to the LN, but still shows signs of affection towards Naofumi by being pouty (she's seen being pouty at least once in this episode where the clip is from, and 2 episodes after this one).

      What Naofumi did there, is to give Atla a medicine called Ygdrasil's elixir, that he made from a bonus ability of a shield of spirit turtle's series. It is ssuuuuper expensive and very hard to make, but its very effective and hard to procure. Its the kind of medicine that only the wealthy and royalty can buy. It is also happen to be the medicine that the old instuctor lady consumed from way back then when Naofumi was traveling(its that scene of one guy trying to get a medicine to his mother, but then asked naofumi for help to transport him with firo in season 1). Sooo Naofumi give Atla his hand made ygradsil elixir,enhanced with his crafting skill and also other potion enhancing skill from his shield, which allow atla to be healed gradually, in the span of a few days.

      One more thing I love in this anime is how beautiful the osts are, especially the new one I think which seems like Alta's theme

      I’m really the new characters of this season, Sadina or Nadia is immediately an older sister to Raphtalia by annoying her, but Fohl and Atla I just want to hug them and keep them safe, plus their relationship to the former king is extremely interesting and just adds to great story telling. I’ve seen one other character in the opening we haven’t met yet, looking forward to it

      Naofumi has a real knack for truly earning the undying loyalty of those that follow him. By the end of the video Fohl is probably willing to storm the gates of Hell for Naofumi.
