I've got no sympathy/empathy for the golf course, they built it where it doesn't belong, and I'm not into golf as a sport unless they want to take it back to it's origin as the Scottish equivalent to bows and slings, put a silhouette target out there and go for it

How is this news? This is not the first time javelinas have done this before. It's just what they do to live. Sedona sits in upper Sonoran desert and rooting for grubs through juicy non-native grass is a lot more appetizing than the prickly pear cactus javelinas usually eat. This is not newsworthy and Seven Canyons can more than afford to fix their greens.
How much water is wasted every day to support these lawns and greens in the DESERT Southwest?
The chile sauce probably just made it more appealing to them. It is the southwest.

Hogs, not native to Americas, breed too fast.
Javelinas are cute adults. They don't turn ugly like fattened hogs do.
I live near Tucson and and the javelina travel in herds in the suburbs. Big ones and little babies will commandeer the condo complex I live in. They will attack dogs if they get near the young ones because they think they're coyotes. And Cenk, they are not wild boars lol!
I am ALL for it.
Golf is PROFOUNDLY absurd.
And usually a pastime of RepubliCONs.
The golf course just needs to build a fence around the property. Javelinas don't enter yards that are fenced in. Easy way to protect the grass.
