This version of Casey Jones will always be my favorite. His overzealous nature and detush for breaking things is hilarious.
Should have given Casey at least one episode per season.
This was fun to watch but he was very minor because he isn’t Raphael’s best friend and April’s love interest, is that newspaper thing like in that movie Desperately Seeking Susan?

I did enjoy this version of casey jones. I'm a little suprised he was only used once in the red sky seasons. Casey joining the main cast would have been better than carver.
Maybe SMA will be its own universe, maybe not, but until then, I consider it the same universe as TMNT 1987.
Am I the Only One who actually love TMNT 1987's Casey Jones more than any Versions of CJs just because he does not have the Tragic Backstory involving the Death of his Mom or Dad and wants Revenge????
(also he is not trained by one of the turtles like leo in tmnt 2003 or the foot clan like in rottmnt which i hate and i'm glad you mentioned his appearance in the idw comics too)

I honestly prefer this version of Casey Jones. He was all work and no play and I’m glad he wasn’t April’s boyfriend. He was simply a vigilante. He just wanted to fight crime and that was it. He had no time for socialization and he wasn’t romantically interested in April and he wasn’t so much a friend of the Turtles. I honestly never like Casey Jones being April’s boyfriend and it always rubbed me the wrong way.
That is so crazy to me that Casey Jones and Krang have the same voice actor!
PS – Is there an in-continuity reason why Krang is not in his android body in the later episodes? I notice in the clip from Night of the Rogues he is back in his little mobile chair thingy (idk if it has a name, lol)
