    This anime is about a guy who lives alone
    After losing the use of his right hand
    and his mother in a horrible car accident.
    Tamahiko’s father deemed him useless to the family
    and sent him off to live alone in the mountains.
    Since then he has lived a quiet and hateful life.
    That is until 14-year-old Yuzuki knocks on his door
    claiming that she is his new wife.
    It is then Tamahiko remembers that his father said
    that he would send a bride to assist him with his daily life.
    However, Tamahiko doesn’t want her as she was
    sold as a bride to repay family debt.
    But that won’t stop Yuzuki from being
    kind and dedicated to Tamahiko.

      well… back in the old japan
      being a 14 yo is considered old enought to marry someone and have kids
      well thats the old japan, but this tradition still works with the village people.
      well the anime says he was send in the village and so the girl was being sell and sold as his bride, and its pretty normal for the village people.
      well selling wifes was the most things they still did in the modern life. it sounds sus and illegal but its actually normal because it was their tradition soo… yeah its "normal" i guess

      If a random girl came up to my house out of nowhere and told me she was my wife and then said she was 14
      All in the same sentence i would not want her either that is a child ummm

      At the beginning of the series tamahiko is 17-18 and his wife is 14. We gotta get the fbi involved

      Although this does seem controversial, I see people mention this was something historical, then why even judge it by today's sense? If you think that way, that is similar to saying that our ancestors should have used flint and steel to make fire, before they even discovered it. Let's also not forget that females biologically mature faster so maybe back then, humans followed more on instinct than morals.

      The fact that she’s 14 is the reason I’m not gonna check it out. Legit anime could have a great story and characters but then they make them all 13-15 for no reason

      Other westerners in the comments not being able to grasp the concept of another country not being extremely sensitive and brain dead that maybe has a different culture 💀
