  1. Let's face it, kids can really piss their parents off and cause them some serious problems in the process…. if a parent is unstable and psychopathic anything can happen!

  2. It is possible that Buster is innocent his dad and uncle are ambulance chasers and they will stop you on the street, call , flood your mailbox with junk mail or all of thy above. It appears this rumor started because Stephen said he was dating a VIP could he have ment Buster yes but he could have ment someone unrelated or maybe he was b.sing because it sounds mysterious. L.E did trackdown anyone and everyone that said it was the Murdoch boys or Buster and they were all dead-ends. If it turns out it was Buster than he needs a cell next to his daddy ! but until he's arrested I think he needs to be left alone.

  3. Agenda? I don't think so. SLED brought up that the Stephen Smith case would be reopened after their search. That started the fire storm again when it comes to the murder of Stephen. Everyone still wants to know what SLED found

  4. Buster should have been speaking out since day one instead of hiding behind his Dad and family name. It's kinda late today to say he's not involved

  5. For God's sake where is the evidence that Paul was there when Gloria Satterfield died? Come on, guys. This is beginning to sound like a gossip program. Let's try to use some common sense and some evidence here. You guys are better than this. I sure do agree that Alec couldn't have been using $50K a week on drugs to consume. He was dealing.

  6. Well. This should be a very case to solve cause some have said either a call to be pick up by buster or text message telling someone hey buster just went bye and is going to give me a ride

  7. And if buster was a part of it there’s blood in the water and the last dickhead to go down and I can’t see buster or Paul being cool with a gay guy but wasn’t as outspoken about how they really feel about a gay guy and they was probably out after a game

  8. Having a beer and a bowl and was out cruising around and they saw him he flags them down they see him hey let f with kid and something got out of hand and whoever was with buster at that time isn’t going to go blah blah out in the community cause they are going down toto but I wouldn’t hold ur breath if it was buster and man wouldn’t that just be the cherry on top if he did do this if he didn’t then I don’t want him to go down but buster name has came up to many times and now they are broke someone will make a run at him they have done to much dirt in there life

  9. There is a lot of truth embedded in rumors/ gossip, in that such rumors reveal what people really feel, regardless of the actual truth. These rumors – as one panelist pointed out, have real consequences for Buster- have already caused serious damage.

  10. I have to shake my head here
You all have put a ME on trial here, perhaps because you can't read and understand a medical examiner's report.
The ME is a scientific examination of a body. Please read it.
The job is not to investigate, but to do a fine examination and come to a reasonable conclusion of the manner of death, based on the findings at where the body was atvthe time of death, how it was found.
In the report, based on her findings, it is clearly stated that she believes it was auto/ped BUT she qualifies that by saying PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION.
Why is she on trial here?
And why did she come to this conclusion?
    1. Based on her findings, she makes the assessment that the injuries occurred simultaneously, and not the result of random strikes to the body.
    2. He had a R sided front head injury consistent with some kind and shearing AND a posterior head wound consistent with a blunt force trauma. The blood at the scene has the blood limited to the pavement below his head.
    3. He suffered a brain stem rent consistent with the head being snapped back with significant force.
    4. He had a R shoulder dislocation on the SAME side of his frontal head injury, consistent with having occurred simultaneously.
    5. He had flush pulmonary edema and blood in his lungs posteriorly, consistent with him being slammed to the ground.
So let's clear up some of the questions.
    1. His shoes were still on his body.

If his head were clipped by a large side mirror of a truck travelling at 65mph, he would have not been sent flying and subjected to centrifugal force, but slammed to the ground.

    2. No skid marks.

The driver did not see the object in the road until it was too late. Who of you have driven at night on dark roads?

    3. Stephen would not walk in the road, according to his mother.

Actually, Stephen was probably walking in the road. Its dark. The road is a smooth surface on which to walk fast or run, versus the uneven turf on the shoulders.

    4. Stephen would have seen the headlights.

Who of you have not misjudged the distance of an oncoming vehicle, especially at night?
How does anyone know that maybe he stepped further into the road to try to flag down the driver for a ride? He had already walked 3 miles, so he was likely tired.

    5. His phone was not damaged.

It was in his front pocket. If he was hit by the mirror in the face, and slammed onto his back on the tarmac, his phone could easily be intact.

    7. Alex and Randy Murdaugh showed up at the crash site at 10am the next day.

They are injury attorneys looking for a buck. They sue insurance companies. It what they do for a living.

    8. His was hit by a bat.

How do you simultaneously get a head would on your face and back of the head at the same time, or separately with enough force to cause those kind of injuries? And would they be on the same side of the head? What about blood splatter and patterns? Not much blood on his clothes.
Consider the surface area and striking force of the small bat versus a large, attached mirror of a truck moving at 65mph. Even if the mirror did slam shut, it still hit his face first.
The undercarriage of a large truck is off the ground high enough to ride over the body. His body also experienced some vortex from the movement of the truck. His right arm could have sustained done injury from the movement and caught the edges of the tires without be run over, and moved his body into the awkward position in which it was found.
So much conjecture and emotion put into tales of conspiracy, when the science of the accident clearly points to auto/ped

  11. This whole family is shady!! Not a decent one among them..!! Mandy Matney and Liz Farrell also David Moses .. has done a phenomenal job in investigating these folks ..!! I suggest folks follow them!! Wonder folks !!! Bravo 👏 👏👏on your reporting!! Please continue on!! 👍😎😉

  12. Alex was told by his Dad to do something about Paul or I will……..I heard this from someone else that didn't miss it being said. Alex had said it pretty fast when he was on the stand, I think, during the trial…or it may have been when he was talking to someone else. not sure.

  13. ullick murduck WAAAYYYYY over played the drug addiction card. He may have liked his pills, but- NOT to the extent he plays it. Thats his sympathy card. Bottom line- you can't believe anything which comes out of his mouth!

  14. He did not take that many narcotics. He was selling prob to his friends. That's why his bank and lawyer friends defended him so fiercely

  15. With all due respect to your consistently stellar guests, Mr Peterson is NOT working for Sandy Smith anymore. She let him go years back

  16. Don’t think he planned this at all. It’s why he said to Maggie’s sister: whoever did this must have planned it a long time. He wanted ppl to believe that because it was not planned. Liars are ez to figure out once you’ve lived with one.

  17. I think everyone just wants to find out what did sled find at Moselle that caused them to reopen the case of Stephen smith. Either it was something that eliminated the murdaughs or tied them to it

  18. Everyone keeps leaving Maggie out of the situation she went to a lawyer for divorce and wanted to know where the money was that's motive number to and Paul being the trial that he was with motive number one

  19. After listening to some of the phone calls between jailed AM and Buster, I think Buster really didn’t want to become a lawyer. It was AM that controlled Buster and the rest of his family. Makes sense. Carry on the family name.
Buster began pulling away from his father by living and working at a distance.

  20. There is NO evidence that this crime was perpetrated because of hatred for his lifestyle
    Stop it.
If we find it’s a hate crime , then we need to accept it and focus on that cause.
