china is clearly alarmed by US military bases in the Philippines under edca. US bases must be a regular installation to detter chinese aggression. communist china is not our friend and dealing with them through diplomacy is not effective.

Talking / discussing and dialogue are not effective means nor measures in bilateral relations with China! The Philippines dept of foreign affairs has been issued a million diplomatic protest against China but to no avail!!! It’s about time for the Philippines to stand up the ground for what is ours sovereign rights in the South China Sea! If it takes a war so be it!!!

If you people think the Philippines can face Chy-nah because you'll have help from the US you are BADLY MISTAKEN. The current regime ruling the states is under the payroll of the Chy-nese party. If you didn't realize it yet, apparently the ICC has already ruled that the island Chy-nah bullied its way into taking over in the West Philippine Sea is actually a part of the Philippines, and yet the US and its allies NEVER ACTUALLY DID ANYTHING TO IMPLEMENT THEIR RULING. It's because they (the US and its allies) can pretend to be the Philippines' friend against Chy-nah. But the truth is that the US and Chy-nah are "business partners" in this entire conflict. Don't take it from me. Take it from the fact that a lot of evidence has already been dug up that the US president's direct family has been receiving money and even a diamond from them for "influence peddling". The best bet the Philippines can do is ally with ALL small Southeast Asian nations to form a defense line against any invasion, and actually try to build up its own national strength militarily and economically. And I don't see that happening.
