Five things about this series that would frankly improve it (PLEASE SCROLL DOWN, Thumbs up if you like it)
1. Cut back on Fanservice .
Cutting Back on the Fanservice epesically Hestia's Involvement in particular,(This season is a prime example of getting ACTUAL PLOT)
Will allow for more time to include Side Character growth and world building.

2. Give Us OVA's THAT Actually add world building and character development That MATTERS to the Story's PLOT.

3. Go Back and Overhaul seasons 1, 2, & 3, and raise their episode counts to at least 20-24 episodes each and INCLUDE SIDE STORIES about the side and main character cast. ADD Actual World Building and more source material from the LN's and Manga. Quit Butchering the story because your too lazy or cheap to produce the episodes!? WAYYY Too much content and context is MISSING and we can Tell.
Cutting out Nazaha' Quest Quest(S1) her more important involvement, Rakia's Reason for the War centering around the Crozzo's, Haruhime's training as a supporter under Lily, Lilyruca's struggles with still Not being useful or catching up Level wise, OR Mikoto's Promise to Taki (All S2) Bell's inner thoughts concerning Wiene and the Xenos and Ais's as well as the Flashbacks from The OEBD's First Appearence in her memories, her hatred towards monsters etc.,were all terrible Cut Content decisions as they all lead back to the main cast.

4. Add more violence and the darker aspects of the dungeon and quit making it look like a damn "Fun Place" to be. The Dungeon is Meant to be intimidating and FEEL Alive and Out to get Bell and his Familia we see a little bit of this at the end of S3 and more prominently in S4 but where were these intimidating factors in S1,S2, and the begining half of S3?

5.Retain the Inner monologues of the Main Characters Bell and Ais having these scenes removed so much character development in Season 3.

Reboot Sword Oratoria: This NEEDS To get a HARD Reboot end of story.(No pun intended)
S1 Start with Albert Waldstein and Aria's tale Ya know the TALE OF SWORD ORATORIA !?
Let US the viewer see why Ais looked up to them was attached and grieved their loss

S2 Work your way to The Rise of Loki Familia, starting with their original leaders, Finn, Riveria, Gareth, and the other 24yr old members such as Alicia, Raoul, and Anakitty, Cur 2 ending with Loki and the Executives finding the Crystalized Little Ais on a mission.

S3 Could show case where S2 Left off Loki and her Execitives finding Little Ais's Time Crystal finally "Opening and her rise and life at that point as a flying around stabbing things as the "Little Doll Princess"
Astrea Familia OVA's 1,2,& 3 with Ryu Lion and Little Ais being the Focal Main Characters
New Members OVA showcasing How a young Bete and the Amazon's Lived their lives and ultimately joining the Familia ending with a
very little Lefiya being head patted by a newly named Sword Princess.

S4 Would Start off with the Current Loki Familia and cut out the Focus on Lefiya It's Ais's story! NOT Lefiya's she's a side character keep it as such! Show the Evilus battles as Guild Reports and the events being Explained by the Loki Familia Executives Narrating the events BUT WE the Viewers see them visually play out as they retale the events the 1st cur would be the First time they face them in Melen and then the Dungeon

S5 Could should show the Events of the Xenos attack from the Loki Familia's perspective, But From Tiona's point of view for a portion of it and Ais points of view for the more important scenes leading up to her inner turmoil anger and confrontation with Bell from her Point of View not a 3rd person's view this time Let us see that Ferocity and Darker Rage. Ending with her "Understanding" Why Bell Protected the "LIttle Girl" ending with an Ironic question of "Was it Wrong to Pick Up A Girl In the Dungeon??" a Sort of Jab at the title.
S6 Could Showcase quests and missions as well as give us lore on the Three Great Quests a Zeus and Hera Info Drop, a Aphrodite Reveal, as Well as Converge into the Main storyline, WITH the final cur leading into the forshadowing of the "BIG Faction WAR Arc" and end with an Ominous Red Eyed View of Orario From "Above".. and Windy Warning from Aria to Ais.. then BLAM Three Part Epic
"SWORD ORATORIA" MOVIE Announcement Part I: "Return of the Calamity in the Skies…."
There would finally be a Hera Reveal as well as showcase a Few of her Remaining Familia like a Certain Golden haired Dark Elf Devil May Cry style Brawler Who'd we see added into the Main Story as well.
That's how I'd end the Reboot of Sword Oratoria.
