As someone else mentioned, this drama is older and this it not the end. A bunch was cut out. The ML and 2ML get into a car accident. I think the 2ML intentionally caused it but it's been a while since I've seen it. Someone mentioned there may have been amnesia? Not sure about that but I do remember the ML is badly hurt and we find out the reason why he never introduced the FL to his parents. I don't think it's his dad so much, but his mom is crazy. Apparently the ML was kidnapped as a child and to protect him his parents decided to keep him out of the public eye. His mother is super controlling. She puts bodyguards in front of his door and won't let the FL see him. Then, when the ML wakes up, she won't let him out of the room so he can see the FL. Oh I kind of remembered something about the amnesia now. The FL somehow gets amnesia (🤷🏼♀️ don't remember how it happened but remember thinking it was completely unnecessary to the plot) and the 2ML uses that to sweep in and say that he is her fiance since she doesn't remember the ML. FL is pregnant and the 2ML isn't happy but lies and says it's his and FL's baby, meanwhile he plots to secretly abort FL's baby. I don't remember the ending except she obviously gets her memory back and FL and ML are reunited and have a happy ending.

Have really enjoyed all the dramas this FL actress has starred in (ML, too). She is funny, but has brought me to tears in one where she has 4 kids (really enjoyed the ML and the kid actors). The biggest happy surprise in this show was the best friend – she normally plays the antagonist, but was a refreshing joy to watch this time.
