Another recycle drama. I've seen three other versions of this. And none has a good ending.

The ML is the average non-sense ML. For the sake of drama, he does things in the complete illogical order. SAVE PEOPLE THEN MONOLOGUE!
As for the harem aspect. I don't mind harems, but if it is a harem drama, then BE a harem drama. Stop this nonsense of the ML being fawned over and him being an indecisive, blushing virgin. Have him make a decision. Either go the harem route or pick one and draw a line with others. Not saying he has to be a dick, but make a decision! Otherwise, the ML is just an a-hole who is toying with the women's emotions. He would be no different than a woman keeping multiple dudes on a hook.
