The amount of imbeciles in these comments who just blindly believe this fridge theory, which is absolutely ridiculous, baffles me.
The parents are the easy suspects; we know who they are, they come across as dislikable , they left their children alone (this was regularly done by many parents) and, most importantly, it’s the best case scenario because the alternatives are unthinkable.
Personally I’d apply Occam’s Razor to this case and make as few assumptions as possible.
This what had made me very suspicions about it was, that Mrs. McCann has washed the clothings and especially the stuffed toy of Madeline! – This is a psychological and well research-based fact that no-one would wash these things because everyone will keep the remaining smell of their loved ones preserved in such things like that! I don't believe the fairytale stories of the McCann's – they are the no. 1 suspect in this case here!🤦♀🤔🙄

It's likely that parents were giving Madelaine midazolam and she woke up, stumbled out of bed, hitting head on floor. She could have stopped breathing due to excessive sedation but it's unlikely because they would have known dose to give her. Let's not forget that Gerry McCann was also a medic – a consultant cardiologist and anaesthetist. They got away with manslaughter because they were professionals who were able to construct a narrative and manage the media as they had the means (money) and motive (manslaughter) to do so.

This has the ring of truth to it. The evidence simply does not match kidnapping. At least she died in her sleep and not being abused by some pervert.

I remember when this went down here in tbe uk. I was a preteen i think… I remember we talked about this and the story didn't add up. We had concluded the parents did it… but the victim is the perfect victim: white, girl, blonde hair. Perfect daughter in a perfect family, so the parents were never even under fire or accusation but we knew different.
End of the day, you don't leave your children indefinitely so you can go on the piss up on holiday… but drugging your chimdren to sleep seems to also be a common thing in certain communities…. the perfect communities.
