No Christ is not an angel, He is above the angles, He is the Son of Man and the Son of God. In fact if He is the Word then He is God in the flesh!
I'm definitely open to other pieces of the puzzle regarding what scripture says. It must all fit together. John 1:1-3 says He is the creator of all things. So I figure He must not be an angel, although He manifested AS an angel many times in the TANAK.
Well we know he isn’t and angel. But this maybe a teaching that helps those who can not wrap their head around Yeshua as YHWY made flesh.too open up their hearts to know Yeshua as their lord and savior! Looking forward to the the teaching on Hebrew chapter 2

Man this is wrong, Yeshua is not Yahweh made flesh, Yahweh is immortal and cannot die, but the man Christ whom Yahweh operated in did die, and there's no biblical support for Jesus not being God "wouldn't work".

In regards to your title…I personally think Jesus MIGHT just end up being the bad guy in this BIG STORY…because according to the LAWS of grammar, proper names are NOT TO BE TRANSLATED. Yeshua was His name, and if you could go back in time and holler across the street to Him, "HEY JESUS, HOW ARE YOU TODAY" He may very well have not answered you, because we don't go by 'translated' names. Which is probably why, when YOU go to a foreign speaking country that you don't have to research and find out what you will be called while you are there…CAUSE PROPER NAMES, ARE NOT TRANSLATED.
MAYBE that's exactly why Christ told us we will be HATED for HIS namesake, or the sake of His name…because when you go to telling people on a fallen world that has been brainwashed to worship the name of JESUS JESUS JESUS, people are going to HATE you for it. MAYBE that's why when Christ was here, He instructed us to direct our worship toward THE FATHER in heaven, because He said there would be MANY false Christ, and by having us worship only The Father in heaven, we couldn't be tricked into worshipping a FALSE Christ.
MAYBE this is why, when a well respected Jewish Rabbi Kadurri passed away and left a letter to be opened one year after his death where he revealed the TRUE Name of The Messiah, that he stated that it was YESHUA, NOT Jesus.
Lot of 'MAYBE's there, but you won't have to take my word on it…if this is true, then SOON (since we are obviously in the very end times) soon you will start to see people that are KNOWN Satanists that will start to come out and PROCLAIM to find JESUS (which would be REALLY out of character for them) OH WAIT…anyone ever hear of a guy named Russell Brand? Well, he's a satanists that got famous in this fallen world from being a satanists podcaster…and GUESS WHAT? YELP, he's came out in the very last couple years as…HAVING FOUND JESUS! Imagine THAT!
Plus, if this is true, then in the near future (or possibly AFTER the antichrist has revealed himself to the world to be God and be worshipped) the people we THINK that rule this world, will start a false revival and ENFORCE the worship of JESUS, JESUS, JESUS. And MAYBE, again IF this is true, Christians will have a little red flag go up in their heads that says, "WAIT A MINUTE, I have already been worshipping Jesus…why would they be forcing me to do this?" Or maybe they WON'T, and they will just THINK this world has finally come to its senses and started worshipping the guy they should have always been worshipping…and if THATS the case, then God help them cause THAT would be very bad for them. But the deception is going to be very BERY HARD to decern in this world…we were even told that, "if it were possible, even the elect would be deceived" so one things for sure…this world, is a BIG HUGE MIND BOGGLING thing. And surviving it with your eternal soul intact, will be up to your actions and The Most High God's awesome & divine will.

Jesus is the Angel of the Lord in Old Testament
I'm so glad you mentioned the Septuagint. So many pastors are stuck in the " King James Only" realm. The Septuagint is way older than the Masoretic text. It's what Jesus himself and his disciples read. I use this version also. In it, many things are revealed such as God's Law, where in the hebrew bible, these verses are obscure.

What needs explanation, is the word" angel ".. it simply means one bearing a message from God. A Heavenly Spiritual being bringing the Word of YAHWEH, to those who will listen. There are many different Spiritual beings as Revelation tells of.
