Nah bro. There’s a difference in being the strongest and being the most versatile. She’s easily the most versatile titan but she’s equally easily the weakest titan.

Jaw Titan is even faster than cart Titan and on top of that jaw Titan's jaw are very strong making it way stronger than cart Titan overall. Jaw Titan is so fast he almost ate eren many times. He even dodged war hammers spikes midway in the air.

I think the jaw titan is still better than the cart titan. Spamming your titan Transformation would drain a lot of stamina and would make you too vulnerable in-between transformations.
