Shinji is my favourite Bleach character. I loved the idea of his Shikai and now his Bankai gets love outside the post manga novel

You know… if Shinji could actually shut his mouth and not explaining his Shikai power to every foe, he would get a ton of easy wins. How can someone even figure out how to counter it, if they don't know what's actually happening?

People are too harsh on Shinji. He did try to finish Bambietta off but she retaliated with an AOE that could have hurt him. He was waiting for the right chance, which sadly never came
