The Truth Trigger and the regular Trigger have different coloring and textures. The Truth Trigger is a combination of the Trigger and Trigger Dark, which is why it has black coloring in its design. However, the basic body design is essentially the same. Personally, I prefer this design.
As for accessories, it comes with an additional ultraman laser beam.
