I think on the drills idk what they’re called it’s an hour and 7 minutes in with the spinny shits and what not. I think you might be holding the speed boost button too soon. Just start out running with no boost once past the blockers hold that bitch in and take off. My years of playing I always got pissed off id have a huge hole (that’s what she said) and I got to line and boom. Was told don’t hold it right away wait till you’re past and that fixed the issue
